Very rude staff we called and wanted to ask a question and they rudely hung up because they were fully booked but all we wanted to do was ask a question.

Only one receptionist and lots of people to juggle at a time.
Call the food bank from 8:30am to 11:00am but you want to call as early as you can they just ask your name and how many people in your house they will give you a time just pull up in the back driveway and give them your name when it's your turn they will bring it out to you just load your car
Don't believe that there is. You need to go to the Salvation Army Office and complete a financial though.
