My doctor was Dr. Laura Sobieck was canceling my appointments at the last minute without giving me any reasons. There was a time I had an abscess and every time I had an appointment with her, she would call and cancel the appointment at the very last minute with no explanations too. Some doctors here are not reliable to their patients when their patients need help with problems like that.

I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone terribly customer service receptionist gave us body language attitude and turn around,This nurse yelled at us with her big mouth saying I DON’T CARE twice!!! Very unprofessional and low ethics I understand the frustration of the pandemic we all have to deal with but there’s no reason in the world a customer should get yelled.

Not bad or good. The staff is trying to move fast because SO MANY PEOPLE decided that since they had vaccine, they were good; however I was told that out of the 98 people that were tested 85% tested positive and they were vaccinated. Sad that people that were vaccinated put there CHILDREN in danger. Saw families with children that tested positive. God Bless the staff.

They are very deceitful when it comes to billing. Even after you talk to them extensively about whether or not insurance covers everything for the visit, they hit you with surprise bills afterwards. You could ask them until you are blue in the face of wether or not they are going to bill you any additional money outside of insurance coverage at the front desk, and they bull face lie and bill you more no matter what, outside of their initial promise of claiming they wouldn’t do so what so ever. I won’t be going here anymore. They make you wait for hours and hours anyway when the lobby is barely ever full
