Small community but completely adequate space. Best part, it's not over crowded. The owners literally make you feel like you own the gym, just go whenever and feel like I knew them for yrs. I have not been this locked in on my work out and getting back to being in shape in yrs. To hell with all those super sized gyms I dont have wait or fight over benches and weights.

Me and my mom have gone there for a long time. We have known Gloria for like 10 years, and she upgraded her gym and moved like 4 years ago. Quite honestly, i recommend her gym and hope you like it. (We love it and come 2 times a week)

This gym is awesome. It’s got everything you need to get a good workout in. Also, it’s way less crowded than the big chain gyms, so you rarely have to wait to use equipment. It’s open 24 hours so you can get a workout in whenever. It’s always pretty clean. Also, the owners are friendly. I recommend this gym to everyone!

The best gym I have ever been a member to! Gloria and Jeremy are the best owners! They know everyone and greet you by name on your way in and say goodbye on your way out! They both help you with your goals and are very interested in helping you become the best you!!
