No frills service, though asking for tape is tough (seems they are trying to save money?).. so bring as much of your shipping materials as possible. Lines are short, so it's only a few minutes to wait during non-peak times. Once at the counter, it's fairly straight-forward to get your item shipped with the CSR/postal worker.

Most of the people there are very friendly and helpful, however I always seem to get this one lady who is not. She is often one step away from downright rude. If she wanted to have a job where she could act like that, maybe she shouldn't have chose one where she serves customers every day. It's sad that I don't like to go to this location anymore because of one awful person. Also she often tells me I need more stamps on my letters, but when she only says that about one when I have two that are exactly identical down to page numbers and envelope, I have to wonder. It's just a shame someone like that works there, it really ruins their otherwise great cousomer service.

I love the Mukilteo Post Office. I live in North Everett, but I go out of my way to go to this location, because the staff are so friendly and expedient. They are kind and seem to genuinely care about you and the services they provide. I'm hesitant to share this information, because I want to keep it to myself to keep others from sharing this gem of a post office, but, I would like them to receive all the good-feedback, public and privately, they deserve. Finding good customer service and friendly ppl in governmental institutions is very rare in my experience. So I commend them for the great work they do! Keep it up Mukilteo Post Office!
