Absolute worst utility provider!!! The President of this District tries to place additional costs on all customers. What kind of leader tries to complicate the lives of those he is supposed to be serving. Also their office is not even close to the neighborhoods they support. Do not use this provider!

Good afternoon, The billing for 2/25/19 was for use and charges for January 2019. You had just purchased/moved in to the property in December. Sanitary Sewer charges are based on an average of a property's winter month's use (Nov - Feb). At the time of your December and January bill, you were billed the minimum charges as you did not have an established average. At the end of February, we completed these averages and this will be your standard monthly charge until February 2020. Your average is 3,334 gallons over the winter months.
