This was our third times shopping with Mountain High. We had previously purchased a dishwasher and washer/dryer set. We knew for our kitchen remodel - it was the only place we wanted to go!! Lori was extremely knowledgable about the products and options. She even demonstrated induction cooking for us (and we couldn't pass that up!). Lori was very kind, friendly, and responsive to our emails. It will continue to be the ONLY place we go for appliances!

Phill was extremely helpful when we went in to choose our new stove. After he discovered the unit was back-ordered, he took the time to send us other available options and made sure we had delivery set up right away. Then he and his manager Susan price matched and sent us a refund for a noted price change. They were both very attentive and responded quickly to our emails. We are very satisfied with the service and our new range!

Ghosters! Once you pay, they don't return calls or email. It's all about the cash. If they can't even answer a sales question, how will they respond to a warranty issue?
