Been renting from you guys well over 5 years big tim has always helped me even when I was confused on buying something hes a great guy. Jimmy I've known for many years when I come to the store they make me feel like family.

From my experience, they will repair or replace and give you a replacement for the duration if they have to send it out for repair.
