Does this transfer station accept construction and demolition materials from homeowners? Pallets, wood with nails, etc.?

Yes from homeowners, they make it clear on the website that they do not accept construction debris from businesses or contractors

Does transfer station take old computers or gaming systems (Xbox)?

Not normally. Electronics should be taken to EcoCycle, down near 63rd and Arapahoe in Boulder. Nederland does do a community cleanup day in the spring when they accept hazardous household waste, and electronics.
