I had the chipotle mayo steak bomb with no peppers and had to add salami so this place doesn't know what an actual steak bomb is if I had to add salami. It was tasty and the chipotle mayo was the perfect amount of spice to change up a classic sandwich

If there was a negative star I would give that. Nadeau's on Cahill ave used to be our favorite place to go for subs, as no one could beat how amazingly delicious their steak tip subs were, among a lot of other items they offer. However the time before our last time had been disappointing. And this last time WILL be our last. Before this one the food wasn't great but wasn't bad, their help however was quite nasty. This time we all ordered identical subs drove 25 min to get there, picked them up and drove back home only to find out that they were made wrong. Called and was told they would make it right if I came all the way back. I explained that some of them ate a part of theirs already and was told to just bring it all back and they would be remade. I didn't expect them to even offer to do anything about the ones that were part ate, but the manager Jeremy assured me if i brought everything back they would remake it for us, telling me he just wanted ro make it right. I also explained that i was a bit far and made sure they still had time before they close. He assured me they did. So Considering that we just spent over $100 on food that some of us now couldn't eat and Jeremy assured me he wanted to remake them himself and make sure it was made right. I drove all way back there only to be told by the manager Jeremy that we were wrong and the cheese was just soupy and wet, and that it did not have mayo in it. 5 people tasted mayo and because it was not spread to the edge of the bread he argued that there was none and they would not remake any of them or buy them back or do ANYTHING to try to make this right. So not only did I waste fuel and time driving there twice but also over $100 on food we had to throw out. Besides having mayo on them someone had also pawed thu them (with gloves on but still not eating that). I dont know about you, but throwing away over $100 hurts.

I've been getting their subs monthly for several years and the quality ingredients they use have been consistent. If you like steak and cheese subs, they offer philly style(shaved steak) and their steak tips that they marinate. Here is one of their medium cold turkey subs. They have Gluten Free rolls!

We have been going here for years. I have never had any complaints. In fact, if i know I'm getting Nadeau's... It's going to be great! With that being said, the chicken tender plate we ordered last night was a disgrace. The "tenders" were like McDonald's chicken nuggets. Very disappointed

Dear Sir, I am very sorry that our phone is busy but that is due to us receiving a lot of orders all at once. All employees are wearing masks, follow strict hand washing guidelines and are not allowed to be working if they have any flu like symptoms. The dining room tables are spaced 6 feet apart and are cleaned with a solution that kills all viruses including covid 19. Thank you
