Been waiting on a call back! Classes start soon and feel like I wasted my ( my kids ) time, it’s hard trying to better yourself when depending on a government

Robin and Jonathan were beyond helpful and kind. Totally exceeded expectations after months of frustration.

Unfortunately Covid and restrictions have made business with the workforce center difficult. I've called likely 50 times and got tossed around by automated machines. I've left messages for an overworked staff who seem to be stretched as far as they can be. The humanity is missing. A call was returned only to be told their internet wasn't functioning, would call back in 15 minutes, two seconds later the poor person called back to what seemed to be an attempt to help another person while apparently fixing their internet. finally two hours later the call came through...and my phone died right when they were about to tell me how to fix this. It took a week to get that call. I won't identify what I need to do for the public to see but I will say...Covid is a witch. Unemployment won't wait on me and I've received my second notice to fix my problem. There ls no simple solution for this as everything needs to be done in a certain way. I will try again and if I get dumped by the system, I hope to be working by then.
