Would be a nice place to live if the people living upstairs can be quiet. I have to live around their schedule because they would stomp on the floor or drag furniture around the apartment 6am-11pm….. I tried to contact the leasing office multiple times, and the answer was always “we will contact the person living upstairs”. But there was never any improvement…..

Good building, but the management is awful, I lived there for two years and noticed several issues. Worst of all, they mixed up my move-out date and were horrible and inflexible about the mistake they made. I also was supposed to get my full security deposit back, but after almost two months, I still haven’t got it, which is against the law. If I do not receive it soon, I’m willing to take it to small claims. Every time I ask, they say, “oh the check is being reissued.” According to people with the same experience you have to sue them to get your money back! A lot of stress and headache, JUST STAY AWAY!

Market Central is one of a kind! The building is beautiful with great amenities and attentive staff. It’s in the heart of Cambridge and offers a lot of perks. I definitely recommend this location and building. Neighbors are friendly and diverse. I’m grateful to be a part of this community and looking forward to renewing my lease. If you’re looking for a beautiful, luxurious home with everything outside of your door this is the place for you!
