Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I reserved a car today and was told I would have a 4:30 pick up time. At 3:30 I called them to let them know I had arrived at my pickup destination, and then I was told that they only pick people up 5 minutes from their store, and that they would not be able to pick me up. I called again at 4:50 and told them my son was stuck in traffic but I should be there by 5:30 They said as long as I was in the store by 5:30 that they would provide service. Everytime I called I identified myself & said I had a reservation. When I arrived at 5:15 I was told they didn't have any cars and that they had attempted to call me at 3:14 to inform me of this. I showed them my call record and asked where their call was, which they could not find BECAUSE THEY NEVER CALLED ME. Also, I had called them twice after their supposed call & was never informed that they didnt have any cars. I asked to speak to the manager and he was quite rude and said "YOURE NOT GETTING A CAR" in quite a loud voice. I walked out. They deceived, lied, and were very rude to me. They have very poor busiess practices and completely incompetent employees.

Car was clean and good to go when promised. I have used Enterprise twice and will use whenever I need a car. One minor problem was quickly dealt with. Thank You.

Considering I was promised a rental car over the phone only to be denied one when I showed-up in-person. I have to admit, I'm pretty disappointed. Why operate a business this way. This is why online rental car companies like Turo are going to put these guys out of business just like Netflix did to Blockbuster. Try Turo first people, don't waste your time with these Jokers.

Terrible service .. kids in there tells customers if you don't obey they call police .. stay away from this place ....you get dirty looks , lie about rates and they treat you like a criminal...
