I called and made a reservation. When I went to pick up the car they said that I could not make a last minute reservation. The manager was really nice and apologized for the mistake. The lot was really empty as it was game day weekend so understandable. Also in Enterprise defense they did try to call me before I made it to the store.

We lost our flight to wichita kansas from DFW airport and they gave us a ticket to Manhattan, and we found out the Rent-a-car doesn't have cars. And they told us we needed a 24 hour reservation and we were stuck in Manhattan. The only way we got out of Manhattan was thanks to U-Haul. So if you plan to go to Manhattan for an emergency flight you are not going to have a Rent-a-car, and the people there didn't help or give us any other options. The whole reason they have Rent-a-car is for emergencies.

Yes you can. I rented last year in Manhattan and returned my vehicle in Denver.

Call enterprise and tell them that way u are covered on your end ... They should have you take it to the enterprise there ....
