There u Is no accountability here. They give our misinformation, mishandle cases, hang up on closing … list goes on. They should clean out this agency and start fresh. Worst customer service on the planet snd they just don’t care. A total discredit to the state of Kansas.

KDOL has refused to send payments for 25 weeks now. I have been cleared of fraud and I speak to someone every single day. Not one person has been able to help. Every timeline they have given me has long passed and all the bills have piled up. I was supposed to receive a call from them today yet once again can't even get a phone call. This is not a technical issue, or even incompetence, they are just refusing to pay out. Unfortunately there is no one holding them accountable and they continue to play this game with citizens who have legitimate claims.
