Nearly every time we go here, our order is wrong. This time, we got none of the sides for any of our combos. We live 20 minutes away, and they wanted us to come all the way back for some mashed potatoes and red beans and rice - they refused to issue a refund for their screw up. We won't be going back, today or ever.

Went to the drivethru paid for my meal as soon as i finished paying the ladie asked me if i could move forward and wait for my food at the green gate and they would walk my food out to me....i asked if since it was raining and nobody was behind me if i could just wait so i didnt get my truck wet or my food ahe said no pull foreard becuz your slowing down our window time i said no i will wait then my food was shoved towards me and the ladie said thanks for holding up our line sir very unprofessional and disrespectful to take my money then treat me like i hadnt given them money seconds prior......every purchase is a vote i dont believe i should cast my vote for them any longer

Lady w the glasses and untucked manager shirt was just on her phone when I’m standing there looking her dead in the eye. Mild tenders do not take 10 minutes to flour and batter and drop when they should be prepped and dropped. Only one person in the front. This popeyes is ridiculous and it would be a shambles if it was in a larger metropolitan area. Wouldn’t recommend as a former shift manager/assistant general manager from Chicago.
