We went to look for a dishwasher but the condition they were in or the way they were being sold was not very professional. The place is a warehouse with household appliances on sale in every condition. Also the delivery charge mentioned was $ 70 and $ 200 for the installation if we decided. I probably may save a couple of hundred dollars overall but I have decided to go with Lowes or Home Depot for peace of mind.

Tried to buy a soundbar today, found the one I wanted , thought the price was fair and went to the counter. I was told the price and I told them that the price was incorrect, and showed them the sticker with the price on it. The cashier pulled the sticker off the box and threw it in the trash. I asked for the manager, who looked up the prices and said that was not the price, I showed them other boxes that had similar price decreases and was told that she would not argue with me any more and that I can leave the store. No one cares at these stores any more. Avoid this place since they never have the correct price on the boxes. Go to NFM.

We bought a washer on 8/26, was told it would be delivered 9/6. The washer was never delivered. Didn’t receive any sort of email or phone call to notify us that it wouldn’t be delivered. When I called them to see what was going on, they said it couldn’t be delivered for another 2-3 weeks. This was the worst experience & still haven’t come to a resolution with them.
