I have to talk about my experience with this specific location because this was my first time renting a car and I was very nervous. I'm very introverted and have high social anxiety, so dealing with new things having to do with money are sometimes borderline debilitating. For anyone in the same boat, please read my experience. I booked a car online the day before using a 3rd party discount website not to be named. Picking up on a Sunday was cheaper than a Saturday. The reservation took 5 minutes. I got to Enterprise via Lyft at my exact time and I was greeted right away. I stumbled my way through saying I had a reservation and they brought me right to a computer. They calmly took my information and in about 4 minutes, they had a car for me. We went outside and both checked for dents, scrapes...etc. I signed off saying it was fine and the keys were mine. When I sat in the driver's seat, I noticed a stain on the seats that we both missed. I think it was a snowcone or red ice cream stain from kids. I flagged down the employee and they immediately went into action. The car was brought back into the garage for another thorough cleaning. After about 10 minutes, Shaek must've thought it was taking too long for a customer (me) to have to wait. So he said he was going to give me 10% off and a different upgraded car that just got cleaned. And that was that. I must have called this location 3 more times in the week with questions, what-if's, how's, and general schedulings. They suffered me without a hint of judgement or attitude. I returned the car a few days early and dropped the keys in their After Hours box. In the morning, I got an emailed invoice. There was a small issue with that 3rd party discount site not putting in the discount, so I called this Enterprise and spoke to Josh. He spoke to me like a human being and the issue was fixed. Basically everyone at this location was respectful, spoke like humans and not robots, and understand that sometimes life throws curves. Not everything is black and white ease. They work with you. And it's not just me. Other people who came in while I was waiting got the same human treatment. I appreciated everyone making a scary thing in my life as easy as it could be. And now I have a go-to rental car place for when I need one. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

Wanted a compact,something small, anything.All they had was a bronco.Needed a car so I took it.Oil change light was on everytime I started the car.Brakes didn't make noise when I was in reverse,they screamed.The wipers were horrible and of course after a summer of no rain it rained 4 times while I had this car.Bottom line is I would never buy a car from this rental co because the cars are obviously poorly maintained.Not happy at al and will try somewhere else next time.

I ordered a rental for two days to be brought back on the third day. I bought it back the day after I rented it and was told to leave it at the very place that it was dropped off. I received my bill to see that I was charged for three days. Something is wrong here.

You can use your bank card but you need to show a bank statement or pay stub
I've only used my own transponder to save money, by not paying for theirs. But if you want to you can use theirs, it does work going through tolls.
U need to show proof of your insurance if not u need a 500 dallar deposit plus the rate they are charging you for that week. And yes they will pick and take u back if needed.
They so have an exotic line, I suggest you call one their locations.
