Mike is super knowledgeable and tailors each workout to help me target the areas I want to focus on. He motivates you to push your limits while being mindful of preventing injuries. A fantastic trainer!

Dear owner, I have been coming to your place once a week for over a year now. My therapist LUISITO is the one I always used and hes GREAT and very friendly . My issue is one of your staff worker was talking to me today over the phone to make more appointments verbally used unprofessional language. I stop talking to her and hanged up the phone before I loose my temper and say something back. I'd like to talk to you if you get a chance before I make my reviews and discuss this matter.
