Scammers. On more than one occasion I have checked in for appointments, and they have told me I have no massages left in my package; however, I keep all my receipts, and in each instance, I was able to show them I did have massages left. Make sure you keep details of how many packages you’ve bought, keep your receipts, and keep track of what you have used. If you don’t, you’ll be scammed. I bought a package for my son for three hours worth of massages. He used 1/2 hour and he got a bill in the mail for $40. They told him the package I bought was only for hour massages, and they did not let him use his package. They charged him for the 30 minute massage when he had three hours available to him. Make sure you get the details of what you’re purchasing. I have worked in the medical field for 11 years, and I cannot believe that a medical office would scam their patients as this office does. I will not be using this medical office any further, nor do I recommend them to any of my patients that I come in contact with. I will make sure I give them a poor review for any patient that asks for a my opinion of this facility.
