This used to be a awesome place to live..I've lived here for seven years and it has gone down hill..I realize that this is subsidized housing and not the best client base..I feel that the management should get rid of the trouble maker that has gotten so many people discusted and some worried about moving freely around the building..all's it takes it that one person to make several uncomfortable to even walk the halls ..I finally had to resort to a Restraining Order to better my stay and some people have asked me how to do it..I've gone to the poor two sets of management with no resolution so I took it to court..BUT I have to say things may be finally looking up .. camera's in hallways at the entrance door on each floor might just be what we need..as of yet it hasn't slowed the late nite traffic but I'm sure it will help when the first time management goes thru the video..hope it does..I love my apartment and I enjoy my neighbors but as in life there's always the ones who make it hard.. MAINTENANCE PERSONAL AWESOME..The maintenance guy comes in and actually talks with you instead of just "doing his job" on top of fixing things and friendly who could ask for more..So The building is Great ..the Management is great ( let's see if they clear out the undesirables out of the late nite visits) it'll be nice if we could become the community that we used to be ..having potlucks..breakfasts..and birthday celebrations..and we could come to these and enjoy socializing with our neighbors..one person is all it takes and she has made her presence very well know..she bad mouths others.. videos us with no reason ( like walking down hall or walking outside and has be very rude in spreading rumors and reason for P.O. was she caught me alone and got combative) management is stuck but now we have cameras installed

This place is nice for an elderly person. Everybody was nice. The hallways are wide and apartments are pretty good size also. The rec.room has pool and darts for entertainment.

I thought that you accepted section 8 that's what I was told when I put my name on the list over a year ago?
Yes you may
If I have a child who is 18 who helps me out sort of like my caregiver can he live with me in the other bedroom?
Dee, I am sorry for the miscommunication. Yes we are a 55 with a disability & 62 without building. Younger folks who live here are here as live-in caregivers.
Hello. Thanks for inquring about the property. It's a 55 and up community but we do have younger folks living here as live-in caregivers. This requires medical verification of need and a screening for the care-giver. Let us know if you have more questions!
They also have in apartment washer n dryers..
