Julie is excellent. Super knowledgeable and is super kind and she listens to my husbands input to help identify the concerns with his power wheel chair. She fixed the problems with his scooter on her previous visit so we could donate it to charity. Norco is very fortunate to have Julie as their prized employee. PS, she identified the speed/control/ratio issues on the wheel chair, fixed the problem to perfection. This is a safety issue so thank you Julie.

Received my new CPAP from Norco last year. At the fitting they had me try a new mask, not mentioning that the New Mask is $300 vs $40 for my old mask. $600 later I figure this out. Also, about a month after receiving my CPAP, I had my doctor adjust my recommended starting pressure. It took 7 months and a couple phone calls from me to get them to actually change the pressure.

Hi Lois, there is limited parking on Hoyt due to road construction. We do have parking in the rear of building, that requires climbing two flights of stairs to get to Norco.
