Clerks have horrible customer service. They are rude and treat people as if they are dumb for not knowing legal procedures .. a civil matter in my case and get an attitude for having to explain. I wasn’t asking for legal advise just fyi I was simply asking for what follows next after my filing. I forgot to get a name but she has shoulder length blonde hair l, wears glasses and was wearing a broncos shirt today. Do better! I would give zero stars if it was possible.
2Keen To Give a What
I could rate my experience a zero I would judge wouldn't listen to my evidence or allow me to introduce my witness and allowed my crooked Slum Lord of a landlord to get away with lying and stealing my deposit! Not only did I wound up losing my case I wound up paying for damages landlord caused to his own house!

The staff & clerks have been super helpful & gave me great resources for the small claims case I filed. The security at the front are always really nice & smiling. Typically you don't think of court as a happy place, but I don't feel uncomfortable going in there by any means.
Donna Martinez
The clerk I had was polite and helpful. She even saved me a few dollars.

If you have to make copies of something, which you might, bring lots of quarters into the building so you won't have to go back and go through security again.
The court opens it's doors to the public at 8A and traffic court is from 8:30 - 3P.
Sorry they were closed
No. Divorces are handled at District Court in Centennial.

Try this link, you'll need to know which judge. https://www.courts.state.co.us/Courts/County/Custom.cfm?County_ID=57&Page_ID=1109
They don't want you there, if you are high risk the judge just went to get a covid test and canceled our eviction hearing on the 11th the place is empty they're doing everything online, if it can be, just call them and ask, the rules are different right now because of covid, don't ask the clerk for legal advice they can't give it but they can answer your questions about covid, I believe they give you a choice of whether you want to do it online on the phone or go there, and probably just do a virtual over the phone or video or just tell them, all criminals are guilty and they should be hung! and they'll let you go haha
