I love coming here. It is, by name, a dive bar and it is perfect. They have a great sound system and setup for bands to perform. The bartenders have always been friendly and helpful, never losing patience with anyone indecisive even during peak times. You never feel rushed or uncomfortable. Great vibe and great place to see some tunes.

They have decent ventilation, but I don't think it's ac. It get pretty hot in there, but isn't that the point of seeing live rock and metal?! To get hot sweaty and sticky!
Short answer: no Hi-Dive does not use Ticketmaster, so fees are appreciably less, about $5 or so.

Hello! We are requiring that all attendees of events in our space must receive a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test before the event or be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Generally tests administered 48 to 72 hours prior to the event will be accepted.
There is only street parking, but it's usually not a long walk.
Most shows are 21+ and 18+. I haven't read anywhere you can get in with a parent. If anything, you'd have to call the venue.
They open begrudgingly after the hangover dissipates and close when nobody's left to care..
