I love this store. Walked in for a pool noodle and couldn't believe it was only 2.35, that's cheaper than Dollar General even and it was bigger than the Dollar Tree ones!! There's more than just remodel items here!!

This store is a joke. No one answers the delivery phone. Numerous extensions. No one answers. Call the service desk. They just ship you back to a non stop ringing phone that no one answers. Someone was to be calling me this morning for a delivery set up. No one has called for the delivery set up. NO ONE ! This is beyond ridiculous.

They usually have what you want, but lately it's like an Easter egg hunt to find it. Plumbing items all over the store. Water heater connectors and parts in the back with the appliances, faucet repair items towards the front, faucets in the back, etc. Used to have all the plumbing related items in the plumbing section, sorted by copper, brass, black iron, and so on. What used to take 10 minutes, now takes 20 or so, but hey it's good exercise running all over the store I guess?

Many items to choose from but hard to find a specific item in a sea of similar items. Sometimes finding a salesman is easy and other times it is not. They use a third party delivery company that is inferior to the guys that used to do delivery but eventually you will get your purchased item.
