Absolutely worst experience currently happening right now my package that I NEED TODAY got sent to another facility after arriving at the correct facility this morning and now idk when I'm gonna get it if I could put negative stars I would customer service is no help whatsoever I will NEVER deal with fedex again

Edited to add: this has now happened 3x in less than a week. Expected a power adapter sent from my employer as my employer overnighted it to me. I tracked the truck on the map, sat in my stairwell for 2 hours, and even put a note on my door to call or ring doorbell if they happened to show up if I needed to run to the bathroom or something. Refreshed the map every 2 minutes after 10:30am since it was supposed to be here before noon. At 10:40-10:54am I watched the truck sit about 2 miles away unmoving. 10:56am it updated to "attempted delivery" a full 10 minutes prior, saying they tried at 10:46am. How? You guys never even came by my door, knocked, or apparently so much as even came by the complex. I've lost a day of work, for what? Easily the worst carrier for overnights, and that's hard to do.

Skipped right past my house on an over night delivery, updated to Monday delivery (after no attempt at delivering the overnight) , but delivered to my neighbor 5 houses down on Saturday. Impossible to contact. Time urgent and important package. Luckily I have decent neighbors.

Rude and condescending. Couldn't be bothered to do her job. Will not do any kind of business with this location. FedEx you need to pay more attention to your employees and how they treat customers. Especially, when you are kept waiting for a solid 20 minutes with not a single person at the front desk. When someone did come it was the rude and condescending tone. I will not name names. I am just wanting to make others aware and hopefully FedEx as well. I mean it's bad enough their drivers drive like maniacs and unsafe. I doubt they will do anything, but I hope others will read this and get a little heads up of this location's feeling to you coming in making them do....i don't know...what they were hired to do?
