I’m a commercial business owner and a month ago I paid them to change the locks on my box and they said it would take two weeks. The African American male clerk with gold teeth very unprofessional and lost in the clouds somewhere. Asked him to please try and get me an estimate time frame that they will change the locks and his reply was “you will just have to wait” never even tried getting me an update or anything. I requested a supervisor and here I am wasted an hour of my time no supervisor came out. 0 stars!!!!!!!!

They will not deliver Priority Mail to a business address. What an extreme waste of air and space this organization takes up. Completely useless. Try FedEx, UPS or just drive and walk your mail to destination, it’s a lot less frustrating, and much more reliable.

You can file a substitute W-2 using your last pay stub. This is reported on Form 4852. Other tham that, you would have to file out a change of address form at USPS which will forward any mail received to the new address. Any mail already sent an unreceived is supposed to be returned to sender.
