Terrible service. Went to make a return on a product that did not fit my pup. They could not do it. Said past 30 days. Lady said their return policy changed from 60 days down to 30. There is no return policy printed on receipt. Asked if we could do just an exchange... nope stuck with it. I will not support them ever again. We have given them lots of money with having 4 dogs. They definitely lost us as long time customers.

Love going to the DuBois PA Petco as the staff there are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and enjoy their jobs. As a 1st time dog owner they were able to educate me on how to get my dog adjusted to having her nails trimmed, best tools to use in training her, the right time to have her spayed, and the right toys that would work for her bred. As a cat owner I love the variety of moist foods they offer. I just wish that when I go online I could order their food the way I get to pick it out in the store. I know as people we get bored with the same foods so I’m sure they do also. I don’t like ordering a case of this and a case of that all in the same flavors. I also love their homeopathic medicines for the animals. My babies have their own first aide kit with nothing but products from Petco.

Sure they have alot of stuff and it's great that you can take your pet in with you. Would be nice if they had something in the bottom of the cart so you could set a small dog in the cart without their feet going through, and it seems like the customer service has gone way downhill. The people who worked there used to be excited to see the pets and you could tell they were animal lovers where as now its like they could care less about your animal. Just not what it used to be I guess which is disappointing cause back when they opened I loved it.
