Had a reservation for $540 for a van for vacation 7 days had to move the vacation called as soon as I found out now it's $1300 for my 1 week reservation. They do not honor prices quoted you. Will be looking elsewhere for a rental vehicle I'm August now. It's 2 months away and the prices tripped how crazy.

The rental price was very good. The first vehicle we had was not satisfactory so they exchanged it for one that was really wonderful 😉

Rented from them again in March. Didn't get insurance. Now I am being billed for damage I did not cause. I did cause some damage, however you refuse to acknowledge there was damage prior. There is rust forming. How does rust form in under two weeks? Second you're billing my friend for the damage, which she had NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR! Adjust your estimate to reflect the actual damage I caused, and quit trying to pin prior damages to me!
