She was polite and very pleasant to work with and took the time to show me a few things about the new camera I was purchasing! I’m very sad I’m not a Colorado resident because I can’t come back for all my camera needs on the regular, but I will definitely purchase from here when I’m back in town!

Really disappointed that their form of communication is EMAIL. When someone puts notes for a photo for a memorial… and you send an email an hour before you close that my print is done, doesn’t show me you really care. And when we type our PHONE NUMBER into our orders… a phone call something is ready would be really helpful. Usually people don’t check their personal emails while they’re working NORMAL business hours. So we called this morning and asked if it would be done today, and the Indian man said “yuh hopefully.”. Will not be picking up the print, as we found someone else much more helpful.

I have had a lens repaired there too. They have to send it to their repair place which for me and my need was boulder and it took about a week to get it back. Just to give you an idea. The repair was fantastic though, so I would recommend it!
