Our Dad has been apart of the program since before the pandemic. But since the pandemic, the quality of care has drastically decreased. Not only was there not any available day program centers available for him but he has not been seen by an "innovage approved" Doctor since the beginning of this year and his health keeps deteriorating! Furthermore, theses so called "Innovage Approved" long term facilities are a joke. They are litterly the worst rated facilities in Denver! Between mismanaging his care and not being very good at returning phone calls, unless a state social worker is involved, this is the worst "care provider team" that I have ever encountered! Turning our Healthcare organizations into for profit mega centers is the worst kind of capitalism being suffered by our elderly community, just don't do it!!!!

My husband has been going to Innovage Lakewood for two years. He really likes the facility and the staff there. I believe this is one of the better locations based on some of the other reviews I have read. I like it because I can go to work and feel he is safe and good hands. It is very convenient that they pick him up and bring him home and saves me a lot of time. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is because communication could be better within the organization and caregiver but small issue compared to getting good care.

There always eem to be communication breakdown with scheduling appointments and transportation. Our family wants to be involved and it appears the don't want that. They hardly follow thru with keeping family involved but then point fingers.

Can never get thing done or outside appointment made when needed! They don't follow through with what they need to to keep people updated through human services or Medicaid.
