I came in for an appointment to received food assistance. Once I Made it was I realized the meat was expired. I called once I became aware of the expired food and right away the front desk worker told me sorry, but not sorry because if you come to get more food to replace it with, it might be expired as well, and he didn’t even check. He gave me that answer all within three seconds. not to mention I contact Joe Zakens and spoke with him. He proceeded to apologize, but I still haven’t received a follow up call from him or anyone to assist me do not frequent this establishment. They are supposed to help people, but don’t seem to care to help you. FYI, I have been contacting this location for sometime afterwards, and no one will answer the phone nor the door great business practices. Update 10/23/2022 I received a phone call shortly after posting this review by Shaun Lowery to address my issue. We came to an agreement, and he even gave me a $200 Audis gift card for the error.

Due to the pandemic & other factors.....took a very long time to receive my birth certificate but, glad to say after 2 months I have received it. I'm happy there are organizations out there who help Veterans/people from all walks of life receive items that otherwise would have been done ourselves. Other services they offer is food assistance/clothing to help. You can use the bus lines or help from your caseworker/manager to receive help you may need. Stay blessed

They have listings for low income housing as well as a job center where you can search for employment using their computers. The last time I went they also had a wonderful lady helping anyone who wasn't good with computers.

Crossroads gives out bus tickets for job or doctor appointment
Crossroad will give you a personal check written out to the SOS department, your information is good enough as proof of identification. If you have any thing like a letter with his address on it, bank statement, school records, they don't accept letter from social security office, insurance policies, student ID will be a good ideal to have with you when you go to the (SOS) secretary of state office as proof of identification.
Cross roads will give you bus ticket to look for a job
