Why when I call the appointment line at 9 AM it’s always busy? I really need assistance what is my next step

KEEP CALLING UNTIL YOU GET THROUGH THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE TRYING TO GET APPOINTMENTS

Go there and make an oppointment or go when they open and request to be a stand in

Will they help you pay your DTE bill

All you have to do is go stand in line when they open at 8a. The person will come out tell them your a walk in....go sit wait to be seen

That's how it is. However, you just need to prepare yourself to keep hitting the redail button. I know it's a pain and it may take a hour or more but just keep dailing. Good luck.
