This was a great experience from the start to finish! Our sales guy Joe L.came out on a Sunday morning and was great from start to finish! Our installers were very professional and respectful. After the carpet was installed we had the manager out to the house to make sure we saw a color match and Nick was amazing! He came out showed us some great tips on how to take care of the carpet and recommended us not to use a dyson on the carpet and recommended an adjustable vacuum. They are amazing! I’m so grateful and thankful to have worked with a great team! Thanks for everything Carpet guys!

Usually it would be unless the care instructions were not followed as they relate to cleaning and vacuuming properly and the original installation wasn't altered in any way
