I wish I could rate -5 stars. I have unfortunately been changed to this company, things wre just fine until August. I had to switch insurance carriers due to them pulling out of Florida. I did so and my information was sent to Flagstar. I was notified right before a cat 4 hurricane was hitting that my insurance has not been paid. After calling customer service and being transfered a few times, inwas advised they had the new policy and yes it wasn't paid, well duh that's why I called. They said they will pay it that day or next and I asked for a confirmation email of such. Recieved email days later that ticket was closed and yaks completed. Move forward three weeks... I was again notified that my insurance was not paid. Now hurricane has ripped though the the state, filed insurance claim and come to find out it STILL HAS YET TO BE PAID. This is insane to me. I called again, bounced around and around and spoke to both escrow and insurance departments saying it has not been paid that there is an escrow error. Mind you I have been in escrow for over two years no issues. Insurance side cannot send the money due to this escrow error, which escrow claims is not an error. Insurance side called escrow side with me on the phone and we were speaking to an an agent then put on hold and transferred again! With an agent from insurance on the line she was just as confused as I. This is absolutely unacceptable and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will be filing a claim witb the BBB here and their headquarter state. I am at risk of not only losing my insurance but my home and it's damaged. This is horrifying

Please contact Customer Service or log into your online account as soon as possible, and report that your card is lost or stolen. They will place an immediate restriction on the card so it cannot be used and order you a new card. ATM cards are also available at your local branch and can be issued and activated during your visit.

Hello, We are not flagstar employees. Your best bet of getting that again would be to reach out to one of their customer service associates, or to whoever gave that to you in the first place.
I would say your first step would be to speak to a banker in one of the branches. They can fill you in on the rest of the process in more detail than any of us would be able to give you.
