If I could leave a -5, I would. This was the most awful care that I have ever gotten at a after-hours clinic. DO NOT go here! First off, the person who did my X-rays on my foot was not even an x-ray tech, she was reading the directions on how to do it out loud. I'm sure she was doing the best she could. The "doctor" told me that it was not broken but it was either ligament or tendon damage. Put me in a boot that was an extra large and I'm a medium at best. I had 4" to spare in the toe. And I was told that it was the only one that they had. When I wanted the X-rays to go to an orthopedic surgeon the next day, I was told that they had no more x-ray discs available they were all out of discs. So I asked if I could have the report, and was told they wouldn't have it for 3 or 4 days. My foot ended up being broken in two places the next day by an orthopedic surgeon. My vet would have done a better job. Ridiculousness. The first picture is the boot Hope put me in, the second, is the boot that I'm now in with with my broken foot that the orthopedic surgeon put me in. And I can't be put in a cast because the phalanges may be dislocated and have to be pulled back into place in 2 weeks.

I was in today for a covid test. All staff was so kind and helpful. It was my first time there, I was extremely pleased with all my visit. Everyone was professional and informative.

Hope Urgent care has always been top notch, im not sure why it isnt ranked 5 stars. The Doctors there have amazing bed side manner and are extremely compassionate and informative. They always take the extra time to talk with you and answer all your questions. Everyone from the Receptionist to the Nurses, just all around amazing staff. I dont have insurance and dont have a primary so this is where i go whenever i need to see a Doctor. Thank you guys always!

I see that this place keeps removing my review. I went in to this urgent care a few months ago for pain in my lower back. I could hardly walk or stand comfortably without being in pain. There was 5 people ahead of us, and they did get seen first. I couldn’t stand any longer even though we were next in line so I asked how much longer it would be and they couldn’t tell me. So then I asked if there is somewhere I could lay down until the appointment because I waited almost 3 hours to be seen. The receptionist stood up and screamed at my husband and I to leave the building immediately. Even the doctor came out and said we needed to leave. I still don’t know why we had to leave, but I battle severe anxiety daily. It took a lot for me to even step into a medical facility, but I did it. I requested police backup, since I was refused treatment. The cops were very apologetic and friendly, and helped me to my car to get home. I will never let anyone forget about this incident. This review will always be posted and reposted as many times as it needs to be until something is done about it. Tell your ex-employee stops posting private information all over Facebook, and privately messaging me too.
