Applied 2 years ago for an apartment. I was told I was on the top of the list. I've emailed and called. They say there's still a wait. After 2 years, it feels they took my $35 application fee and ran.

I live here and I would not recommend anyone to move here. They do not do anything here but collect your rent money. The hallway are always dirty, they never repair anything in your apartment I still have a crack in my wall since the day I moved in and I was the 2 person to move into this place. I show them every time and they go oh , yeah . My bathroom ceiling never got repainted as promised from a water leaked from the upstairs bathroom apartment above me. Also the ceiling noises above you hear everyone.We have had 5 Apartment managers so far here they can’t even keep anyone very long. We have went 2 months without A maintenance worker and apartment manager. Also every year they raise the rent not by $10 I’m talking $30-$40 this year they raise the rent over $100 a month for next year.Good luck if your thinking of moving here. I wouldn’t even read this of one star I’d give it a zero if I could.
