The people living there are decent for the most part. There is the few undesirable there, but the worst thing is the rats. If you are there at night you can literally watch rats running in and out of the dumpster areas. Also the association fees for living there are extremely high. From $425 to $465 a month to live there just for the association fees.

My mother lived there about 6 years ago. At that time I would say it was a 10. The staff there always promptly addressed any problems. I hope this helps.
Yes. There are single bedroom units, 2 bedroom units and 3 bedroom units. Most of, if not all of, the units have a basement as well.
