So I was trying to call to get an appointment because thats the only way they will see you, and it was 10am on a Monday. No one answered the phone at all! I tried several diffrent department's the phone would just ring and ring then hung up on me. Then I tried the covid department because someone should be there to get information right? Well a computer answered the phone and told me to call back during normal business hours and then hung up! It's 10am it is normal business hours!!! How in the heck are you sopoused to get any kind of service from a STATE RUN HELTH DEPARTMENT IF NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! WHAT AM I going to do now I need stuff for my child to start school in the fall. Fed up

I called to make an appt for shots for my daughter and the lady said they have a 515 & 6 available that day. I chose the 6 oclock appointment. Online it says they close at 630 and I arrived at 550 and THEYRE CLOSED! Very unprofessional!!!

They are already scheduling appointments for seniors. The phone number is 586-463-8777. The line has been overwhelmed with calls so if you don't get anyone or get an error message, the best thing I can suggest is to just keep trying periodically until you get through.

I know of an online class through the MISD. Look for their available courses and follow registration instructions

Go on the www.macomb.gov/Covid and when they have vaccine available the system will let you make an appointment.
You are eligible now! You just have to make an appointment, which can either be done online or by calling the Covid vaccine line. If you try to call and it tells you the call cannot be completed, it's just because the lines are swamped with everyone trying to make appointments. Just keep trying periodically.
