Your treated like a kid. The manager is always in your business she tells everyone els your business one time she had my stimulus check and acted like she was doing me a favor by giving it to me its mines and why did you have it in the first place. And I'm not the only persons check she had. If you say anything in response you get hung up on your not allowed to respond to anything at all what she says goes or you will be hung up on and won't be able to come to office or she won't answer your calls. Ridiculous rent for where and what you live in they don't fix anything either people also smoke crack in the hall ways all the time.

There are 2 complexes right next to each other. If you're truly asking about the Hubbard Oaks Apartments, every single paper that is published includes the leasing office phone number AND the corporate phone number. If you're talking about the Barwin Apartments next door they may also own the Holiday Garden Apartments, but neither entity is related to Hubbard Oaks Apartments in any way.
The current rent is $610/month for the 1 BR. Act fast, there are only 1 or 2 available.
Hey there Wayne Wayne, We are currently trying a move-in fee in place of a security deposit. Currently, one can move into a 1 BR with the 1st month's rent and a $500 move-in fee.

It may be worth applying so that the leasing office has your info on the waiting list. The 2 bedroom apartments here move really quickly.
