If you're truly asking about the Hubbard Oaks Apartments, every single paper that is published includes the leasing office phone number AND the corporate phone number. If you're talking about the Barwin Apartments next door they may also own the Holiday Garden Apartments, but neither entity is related to Hubbard Oaks Apartments in any way.
She won't give up the information so go to the city on her. The city knows who owns the complex. Its a few other tenants checking into it. She also manages the Holiday Garden Apartments and tenants over there having issues with her as well. When I find out the owners I'll post it
