This was not easy as their system was down. Marianne runs that branch an she is pleasant but overburdened right now so b patient..good luck,my sister's lower unit is available.now.
O yes they check everything. If you been ever been evicted before. There is no chance. I have a friend who lives there. Yes I tried to get in. If you any more info I will talk to my friend.
There is also usually a very long waiting list, so it is best to get on it asap.
