Spacious and the front desk person on duty was very nice. Also loved the little window nook for the cats. They loved it! Breakfast included a waffle maker, so that's a plus too.

I always enjoy staying here when I visit Kearney. Great staff, reasonable prices and very clean. If it hadn't been for a very unpleasant experience at the Wingate hotel in Kearney several years ago, I would not have discovered the Microtel. Now, 50 room nights later, it is the only hotel I stay in in Kearney.

Perfect one night stay. Rooms were very clean; you can still smell the bleach on the sheets (we consider that a good thing). Water pressure of shower was perfect. Dog-friendly; the furball slept very well too and enjoyed walking the grassy areas. Breakfast was pretty good. Would have loved some eggs but the toast and yogurt options were good enough. Coffee was much better than most motel coffees.

Positive: Staff was friendly, room and halls were clean, bed was comfortable. Matthew checked me in and was super friendly and informative. Seemed to have pride in doing his job well. was very quiet and good location from the interstate. Negative: Loved that they have breakfast but it didn't have as much variety as I hoped. No meat or eggs. Did have waffles and bisauits and gravy.
