Steve Lehto is a terrific attorney, and of course a well-known YouTuber. But I bet you didn't know this is his second career? It's true. Until 1992, Steve went by the name Larry Bird and was a basketball legend. "I've been practicing law for 30 years"... Coincidence? Of course not. Ste - err, Larry - retired from the Celtics 30 years ago. After going on to be one of the greatest players in NBA history, Lar - err, Steve - decided to hang up the sneakers. So, knowing his time on the hardwood was done, he debated whether to go home and relax for the rest of his life, or do something new. Initially, he wanted to practice lime law, as he's obviously rather fond of the color green. But they said "Larry, there is no such thing as lime law. There is lemon law, though." He thought "Lime, lemon... close enough." Which is why the former Celtic great is now practicing in another court - the court of law. I admit, I'm a lifelong Lakers fan and cheered against the Celtics, but, I certainly respect them. And Steve/Larry is no exception. Why "Steve Lehto", though? Larry always loved the name "Steve", and figured "Lehto" kinda sounds like Larry... You ever wonder why you've never seen Steve and Larry in the same place at the same time? Well, for the same reason you never see Diana Prince and Wonder Woman standing next to each other! So, yes, I highly recommend Steve Lehto, whether you want to win on the basketball court, or in the court of law.

I live in northern Michigan and we get a lot of snow, can a police officer ticket you for snow blocking your plate?

They could for sure use it as probable cause to pull you over and waste your time. Better off brushing your car properly.

I live in Michigan. I am a cpl holder. Can I legally walk on city, state or federal sidewalks while legally carrying a pistol

Are there actually federal sidewalks? I think you answered your own question. If you have a CPL, then your legally walking with your legal pistol. The bigger issue is why would you carry if your so worried about it? Fear makes people do stupid things and stupid + gun = bad.

What can you ask a policeman? You always discuss responces to police questions. Can you ask him if he has ever been diciplined, sued, when was the last time his equipment was calibrated?

You can ask them anything you want. Remember the 1st amendment? Granted they could lie to you in their response... Or remain silent! 😁

I know from your videos there are ways to enforce a civil judgement. I instead have court ordered restitution for over $20k. After the person against whom this restitution gets out of prison late this year, what are my options for enforcing this?

He's wrong. Does he honestly think handicaps dissapear when you cross state lines?

If I have a concealed carry permit, am carrying, and am stopped for a minor traffic infraction, do I have to produce my cc permit if officer does not ask for it and do I have to surrender my weapon after producing the permit?

You should always comply with what they ask within reason.

Just listened to "don't travel while in possession of cash". What if your wife/friend has the cash in their possession in the car? What else can you do to buy a car with cash out of state, after you see and evaluate it?

Get a secured check. Or meet at a branch of your bank.
