Terrible I went to pay a ticket on my break and they were closed with a bunch of people sitting and waiting while they took their lunch breaks, we all literally waited until the staff were done eating to make payments. No one wants to pay you guys in the first place, but then you make people wait to pay you? I almost walked out why does all staff members have the same break? That's so inconvenient.

I parked a compact car in the compact car parking area at the 3000 Tower in Southfield. I didn't park crazy or anything but got a $90 ticket. I appealed it and got this message: "The magistrate has reviewed your case and declined to reduce the fines and costs. You must pay $90.00 by Aug 22, 2022." This is not right.

ANDREA TURNER, a probation officer in this facility is THE WORST. She don’t do her job, never answers the phone. She LIES and she send people to jail under false pretenses. She always “loses” documents RIGHT BEFORE court. She is extremely rude and disrespectful until she’s in front of the judge. She doesn’t try to help. She is literally one of the worst probation officers you can come by. I have reported her multiple times for varies reasons with proof. Please stand clear of her, she’s weird. If I could give her ZERO stars I would. She gives this place a extremely bad rating.
