This location doesn’t even deserve a star honestly. This was my first time trying Panera Bread I ordered for delivery and received the wrong order 2 hours after the expected delivery time. I used my first time offers and was told they can’t be reimbursed. Terrible customer service. Inaccuracy of orders. The cashier and door dash driver should be checking the names and order numbers before handing them over to make sure they’re CORRECT! Smh a waste of my time!

Just picked up a salad from this location and I guess they are rationing lettuce now or they just need to get smaller containers! Unacceptable!!

This location is convenient and on my way to work I stop by here multiple times during the week and every single time I have they have been out of French baguette bread, I can’t understand how a company with the product in their name runs out consistently daily basis. Today I walk in and they are out of every single bread I can’t even order a sandwich, I asked the manager why this is the case every night and he says it’s because they give us an allotment every day and we calculated based on estimates. This makes no sense because if they have been running out every day no they need to make more than the day before, I told him this is an issue and that they really should get this fixed and that they are losing customers because I am going to stop coming here after work now and the manager replies to me that that is a good thing because that means they are busy the fact that they run out. Absolutely crazy how the manager believes it’s a good thing that they ran out of their staple item and that I and other customers I’m sure waste their time even stopping in here, with modest expectations at best. Avoid this Panera bread
