Owner needs to spend more time working and training, less time marketing. Asked for an extra HOT latte, they said they could do it. It was hardly even warm when I got it. Certainly not hot, let alone extra hot. It’s like this every season. Promises promises. Baby bottle warm lattes. :/ Who trains these baristas? Because I’ve heard of similar experiences where simple requests are rarely fulfilled + ignorance of basic drink preparation. Cupcake was from a previous trip. So, even the baked goods aren’t safe. They’re just a mess here. Owner’s responsibility to make it right. We frequent this business relatively regularly. It’s not worth this sort of inconsistency.
