45 minutes later and we still have yet to get our order. It was a grilled cheese. Had the staff said “we’re a bit understaffed, it may be a bit!” That would be understandable.. but after ordering and waiting for 45 minutes they have only made 3 orders. This restaurant is a hot mess. Don’t waste your time

Done with Panera after this one. Party of two, one wanted breakfast, one wanted lunch. Arrived right before turnover. So we asked if I could still order breakfast, if we wait for start of lunch. They said "yes." When they started lunch a few minutes later they did not take my breakfast order anymore. So no more business from us then or ever again.

Mason is the sweetest! I planned on paying for my food with a gift card I got and didn’t realize that I didn’t have enough on it, and I asked him if he could take something off because I forgot my wallet in the car. He said don’t worry about it and took out his card and paid for the remainder of my meal. Such a sweet kid!

Panera and the unlimited coffee is a no brainer for anyone. Staff that they find are fantastic.
