STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. I am not sure how this hotel has any stars. Property looks nice in the photos, but talk about bait and switch. Rooms are huge and have a kitchen which is nice, but that is where it stops. Bugs in the room and on the bed, garbage all over the room, hair in the bathroom, stuff on the wall that i have no idea what is was. Room was falling apart, no water pressure in the shower (i mean a drip). Grounds are falling apart, cigarette buts all over the place, pool was closed, large breakfast area in the office (but didn't look clean and kids that lived at the hotel was grabbing the food with there hands), ice machine broken, half the light out side the hotel at night didn't work including on the basketball court. Good chunk of the people that stay at this hotel are full time residents. there is stuff outside most of the units from those residents (gas can, clothes hanging, bikes, old chairs, little kids toys, bags of i don't know what). Really doesn't look safe to walk around at nights.

Positive: Large spacious suite Negative: Pool was not working - no indication anywhere. This was a big deal for us. Room and bathroom basically clean but smelled strange and tub was very stained . Grounds are really beautiful and nicely maintained

We arrived to room 611 on the ground floor and was greeted by a foul odor the moment we opened the door. When we took our shoes off our feet stuck to the floor so we immediately put them back on and didn’t walk barefoot in any part of the room including the shower. There were stains on the couch cushions and pillows. There was a large stain inside the bathtub. The cabinets were falling apart. There was a hole in the wall under the toilet. Norman Bates anyone? The AC was on the fritz. We woke up sweating a few times and other times were frozen like popsicles. We heard every step our upstairs neighbors took, though the lights were never on. One night we smelled old lady perfume in our room and swore it was haunted. Had to check all the closets to make sure nobody was lurking back there. When we checked out of our smelly dirty room we must have left some things behind but nobody is helpful nor do they care. For the price I paid, management should be ashamed of themselves for not providing cleaner rooms especially during a pandemic. The pool was closed and wasn’t advertised as such. I would never stay here again and only wish I had read the reviews before booking my stay! Oh and to top it all off we left some belongings behind and nobody made an effort to alert us and won’t return our phone calls.

AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE- I do not know where to start. I have traveled the entire country and stayed at hundreds of hotels and have never had an experience quite like this one. We arrived and the room was filthy. The floor was sticky and the shower was not cleaned. In fact, when I took my shoes off and walked around, my feet were BLACK from the dirt and grime on the floor. It overall looked like a bad fixer-upper apartment. The vinyl flooring was not put in properly so when you stepped on some parts, it buckled. You can tell no unit upgrades have ever been made and it felt completely neglected. Additionally, the noise was HORRENDOUS- the people above us had kids and they were running around all hours of the night. You could hear every step. Also- the staff definitely lives there and they all stared at us uncomfortably when we would go in or out of the room. To make matters worse- they did not provide enough pillows for my family so when we went down to the front desk to have more, we were told that they did not have anymore. I asked if they would be able to take some from any available room and the girl Charlie started having a serious attitude and was bobbing her head at me telling me that there is no one else working but her so she could not accommodate us. She did express that she was new so I would urge management to go through some customer service training with her since she had a horrible attitude and negative demeanor acting like I was inconveniencing her. I demanded that she contacted a manager and thankfully was told that they would bring one to our room in thirty minutes in addition to the coffee pot that was missing from our room (Charlie told us that guests like to steal it). About forty minutes later, we heard someone POUNDING on our door. He said “Man, I got all this sh*t in my hand hurry up". He delivered the BROKEN coffee pot and pillows and angrily walked away. I felt completely uncomfortable during my stay and would not recommend this place to anyone due to the ignorant and rude staff and the disgusting room conditions.

There is a Ruby Tuesday's right around the corner then there's a lot of restaurants less than a mile away
Glad to know we weren't the only ones that got scammed with the deposit charges. I guess it was better that the $100 deposit was cash. If it was on a card I'm sure they would have stolen more money like the woman who posted below.. Evil management. Made a very inconvenient and disgusting hiccup on the wedding day. Stay away!!
Yes the towels have BEDBUGS on them. Upstairs & downstairs. There's also flies in the room.
No more than 5 feet; fairly shallow
I don't know if they charge monthly I believe they charge like any other hotel or Inn according to the season.
