John the manager is an amazing guy. I will not purchase something until I check out a bunch of similar products. John took time to explain things, operation, storage questions, pricing, etc. He was direct and to the point but allowed me to ask any question I had. I chose this location for my storage because of John. Even if it is a further drive for me it’s worth it.

This was a super easy process. We reserved online (and got the 1st month free). About an hour later, John called to let us know the unit we had reserved wasn't available due to some building work. He switched our reservation for another unit and we met him when we checked in a couple days later. It was a very easy process and John was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I'm extremely happy with this facility! A few days before moving I found out I wouldn't be able to occupy my new home as scheduled and needed to find affordable, local storage fast. I called several storage facilities in the area but after speaking with John on the phone I was confident this was the best option for me. The facility is large and clean, security seems top notch and my unit was in excellent condition upon move-in. John was a pleasure to work with and really made the whole experience from initial inquiry to move-in a breeze. It's also so nice having access to an online portal that to access my unit's information, make payments and review my gate code. I've already recommended this location to two of my family members and will be happy to continue doing so.
