Came in with my mother who was having abdominal pain. This was April 23rd on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30pm. After we told the lady at reception the reason for coming, she immediately discouraged us from checking in, saying it was a 25 minute wait, plus another 30 minutes to see the doctor after getting into the room. I knew this wait was typical coming in, so I asked her what I should do with that information. She said to go to the Swedish ER in Everett. Her attitude was so condescending without a hint of care or sympathy. Anybody who knows the hospital system here knows that the wait for urgent care in the ER is only worse, so I decided to go ahead and check my mom in anyway. She asked for the usual identifying information - address, DOB, ID card, etc. She pulled up my mom's file, and asked for her phone number. I knew the number on file was dated and not in use, and didn't have it memorized. I explained this to the receptionist, but she insisted we provide the phone number on file even though it was not relevant anymore. Then the other receptionist went on to say that if we wanted to change the phone number on file, we would need to go to the main hospital with a Power of Attorney. On top of that, they told us that if we couldn't provide her phone number that we "can just leave". She literally had the file pulled up and my mother's ID right there, and we already confirmed everything except a phone number, so why make such a huge ordeal out of it? So I had to stand there trying to look through old notes and phone logs to find a phone number that we haven't used in ages. The providers there (Ricardo, Edwin, Violetta..) are more than amazing. I've taken my mother and children here multiple times over the years and never had a bad experience. But this last engagement with the receptionists was so discouraging and left such a sour feeling, that I have no desire to return to this location. I hope nobody ever has to feel as miserable as we did just trying to check in for care. The receptionists that day were worse than unhelpful - they just don't want you here.

My daughter had ear infection. I was able to get I. Within 30 min after online checkin.. Friendly staff. Friendly checkin area. The receptionist listen calmly and my daughter's concerns about her ear.

I noticed the poor reviews and was hesitant to come in, but I had a good experience here. Luckily there was hardly a wait time and the front desk guys were nice and simply did their job. Christina the MA was super friendly and welcoming. I genuinely enjoyed her presence and she was easy to talk to. ARNP Justin Gill also showed care for my concerns and I felt very heard. Granted I was not a complicated case, I still felt like they took care of what I came for. Even though I didn't get a definitive answer of what I am sick with, it gave me peace of mind that it isn't strep! The only downside was the wait times waiting for results but that was likely out of their control and not very out of the ordinary for a walk in clinic. It also would've been nice at the end to be asked if there was anything else I needed or other concerns, (only because I would have appreciated some medicine for the nausea). But I probably would come here again if I had to.

I would give no stars if I could . I checked in my daughter for a rash and it seems like they prioritized other people . I got here before 4! People I saw check in and my daughter was still not called . Over an hour . When I asked why the lady gave me attitude and said your next . I asked how long she said I don’t know 5-10 min . No still almost half an hour .. keep in mind my daughter was fussy and crying and they just smiled and stared . Yes they had mask but I could tell they were smiling .

I know they have an x-ray lab onsite, dont know if it's available this late or if they MRI facilities onsite...
The last time I was there with no insurance (over a year ago), I paid $75 up front and was billed for the rest later. You should call to find the current rate.
